Questions from clubs
Who counts toward the 50 accounts?
Every active member counts, including the club owner, admins and coaches. Each person uses their own login. Pending invitations do not use a place. Remove a member to free their place for another coach.
How do coaches join?
The club admin activates the annual subscription and shares a join code. Coaches create a free Practli account or sign in to their existing account, enter the code and request to join. Once an admin approves them, their account gets club-funded Pro access.
Can our coaches share their own plans?
Yes. Everyone uses the same plan builder. Admins can publish plans to the club library, and coaches can submit a copy for approval. Coaches can adapt published plans for their own practices without changing the club original.
Can the club see a coach’s personal work?
Personal plans, drills and AI conversations stay private. Only content deliberately shared with the club enters its library. Admins can see membership details and a summary of club activity.
Where does our logo appear?
In your club workspace and supported live 3D demonstrations. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP logo in club settings. Previously recorded videos keep their original branding.
Is this an annual subscription?
Yes. US$999 USD is billed once a year for up to 50 accounts. It renews annually; the owner can cancel future renewals in billing. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. The individual 14-day Pro trial does not activate a club subscription.
What if a coach already pays for Pro?
They can join with their existing account and keep their saved work. Joining a club does not automatically cancel an individual subscription; the coach can manage that separately in billing.
What happens if someone leaves the club?
Their club-funded Pro access and access to the club library end. Personal saved work and copies already made stay in their account, subject to their individual plan. Club-derived material remains private.
